Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives any person, of any nationality, anywhere in the world, the right to request official information from PADA and other public authorities. This right is subject to certain exemptions.
Freedom of Information (FOI) applies to all public bodies including government departments, non-departmental public bodies, the police, local authorities, schools and hospitals.
All requests received by PADA will be handled on their own merits and each request will be assessed against FOI criteria.
